Since 2002 AlmavivA Tunisie has been providing prominent clients in the telecommunications, transportation and services sector with customer-relationship-management and information-technology services both for the Tunisian and French-speaking market in the Mediterranean.

It has now attained leadership status on its target market, walking away with the full-outsourcing contract for TunisAir call centers, the most important services tender ever launched in Tunisia.

In 2013 it signed a joint-venture agreement with the Ctkd Investment Fund - Tunisian-Kuwaiti Consortium of Development - one of the main investment firms in Tunisia, active in the tourism, foodstuffs and real-estate sectors.
