Establised in 2003 as a credit collection company, Central de Recuperação de Créditos developed and expanded its marketshare, by entering the segments of Utilities and increasing its presence in the Financial Services sector.

Currently organized in CRC Cobrança, CRC Digital, and CRC BPO, the Company is one of the main Brazilian enterprises for credit collection, ranging activities along the whole credit chain, from the preventive to the judicial step.

With the acquisition by Almaviva Group in 2022, the goal of CRC for 2023 is the achievement of the market leadership, in terms of credit collection volume and quality.
