The Almaviva Group’s technologies and commitment are at the service of those who promote the rights of people with disabilities and who work to ensure their full social inclusion. Almaviva and Almawave are digital partners of Disability Pride Italia, an open and continuously expanding international network composed of organizations that support and promote a new way of experiencing, perceiving, and valuing people with disabilities.

Throughout the month of July, initiatives were held to boost disability pride.  The next Disability Pride event will be held on Saturday, September 21st, in Rome: a parade in which thousands will participate in celebrating individual identity against discrimination, stigma, and social exclusion.
A press conference to present the event is scheduled for September 18th at the Ara Pacis.

The parade will begin at 4pm from Piazza Santi Apostoli and will reach Piazza del Popolo, where the Disability Pride Village will be set up starting at 9am.
