Universities, research centers, Almaviva, and other major national corporations participating in Spoke 7, Cooperative, Connected, and Automated Mobility, and the National Center for Sustainable Mobility’s Smart Infrastructures met today in Naples, with the coordination of the University of Naples Federico II, to take stock of the research and innovation activities which kicked off this past September.

To design infrastructures that are digitalized and speak natively, it’s necessary to figure out how to make systems at different levels natively interoperable. Spoke 7 has this ambitious goal, which will also lead to the establishment of models based on new paradigms that focus on the individual as the engine of the ecosystem: not only as a user of services, but also with the important role of actively providing information through the use of personal devices. We will support these activities by making MOOVA, the Almaviva platform dedicated to mobility and infrastructure, available, along with our ability to understand trends in innovation and our technological and specialized domain expertise.” These were the words of Dario Ferrillo, Chief Innovation Officer at Almaviva and a member of the MOST Foundation’s Industrial Advisory Board.
