Integrating far-reaching ethical principles into our business strategy

For Almaviva Group, social responsibility means promoting the integration of ethical principles within the Company strategic vision, through the effective management of social issues within the Company and within the local communities where it operates.

In keeping with the Group code of ethics and internal policies, its corporate relationships with employees and collaborators are built on respect for the rights and freedoms of each, upholding the fundamental principles of equality, dignity, and inclusion, regardless of nationality, language, gender, race, religion, health, or political or union affiliation, respecting workers’ right to freedom of association.

The Group recognizes and celebrates its responsibility to safeguard the rights of all individuals, applying these principles in all circumstances and aligning itself with the highest international standards. Its commitment extends across the entire value chain, in compliance with local, national and international regulations that protect human rights.

In 2007, Almaviva became one of the first Italian ICT companies to obtain the “Social Accountability System Certificate - – SA 8000”, for its daily efforts to promote and implement the principles of social responsibility.

In this context, Almaviva Group works alongside many organizations in an effort to integrate meaningful ethical principles into every aspect of its business strategy.
