Commitment, dedication, courage, sacrifice: these are the values at the core of sports, which plays a fundamental role in breaking down barriers and promoting inclusion for the more than 1.3 billion people with disabilities worldwide.

Since 2023, Almaviva has been supporting the Paralympic athletes of the Circolo Canottieri Aniene team in Rome.

Not only rowing, but also canoeing, cycling, athletics, swimming, padel, and cross-country skiing: these are the Paralympic sports sections, of which Almaviva is the Main Partner, that compete in competitive sports events of the CC Aniene, a non-profit Amateur Sports Association affiliated with the Italian Paralympic Committee and numerous National Sports Federations that has established itself over time in the sports and social fields, achieving results of absolute excellence in the Italian and international landscape.

The technologies of Almaviva Group and its commitment are at the service of those who promote the rights of people with disabilities and pursue their full social inclusion, affirming a new way of living, thinking, and valuing people with disabilities.

Alongside the paralympic sector of CC Aniene, Almaviva wants to contribute to the growth of paralympic sports globally, believing that it can reduce stigma and discrimination, enhance individual abilities, promote mobility, and have a positive impact on health, employment, and local economies.
