NotaRealEstate launched – the real-estate portal for certified properties. It will be presented at the event “A place in the Sun” in Birmingham, England, running from 3 to 5 October 2014

NotaRealEstate (www.notarealestate.it) has been launched as a result of the cooperation between AlmavivA, ANPE and the Notarnetwork. This is the first national real-estate portal, where the properties of public and private entities, banks, leasing companies and private individuals can be viewed, providing national and foreign investors with a broad choice and far-reaching advertising. The specific and distinctive characteristic of NotaRealEstate, compared to similar sites on the market, is that it only includes properties that have been certified by a complete prior check in order to ensure maximum guarantees for potential buyers and provide top-quality information both in terms of the legal and the technical aspects.

The aim is to ensure a “guaranteed and informed” purchase which safeguards the buyer, with the application of a “quality stamp” that provides security and transparency for the end consumer.

The portal will be officially launched in front of an international audience during the “A place in the Sun” event (www.aplaceinthesun.com), an international exhibition for real-estate market operators, taking place in Birmingham from 3 to 5 October 2014.

AlmavivA will be at the event on the "Notary Associations" stand, to showcase NotaRealEstate and its own AEstimo platform, which provides technical and legal due diligence support for properties.
