The 29th Young Leaders Conference opens today, in Austin, organized by Consiusa, the Council for the United States and Italy established in 1983 under the leadership of Gianni Agnelli and David Rockefeller: 50 young leaders from all over the world get together to debate the hot issues of the day, with regard to the economy, politics and society.

Every year, alternatively in Italy and the United States, the Young Leaders Conference brings together a group of brilliant young people below 40, who have already made a name for themselves in their respective careers, in the industrial, financial, academic, nonprofit, public and media sectors, to address currently important issues of interest to the possible leaders of tomorrow.
