Joinrs, the leading recruiting platform for companies seeking Gen Z talent, presents the Most Attractive Companies Italy 2026, a list of the medium-to-large companies that are considered most desirable to the "AI Generation", the generation that has integrated artificial intelligence into their daily lives. The independent, data-driven list is based on an analysis of companies' behaviors and validated by Joinrs Data Loop, the annual observatory dedicated to analyzing trends and preferences within the community.

In a rapidly changing job market, MAC Italy 2026 serves as a compass for navigating expectations, values, and new priorities. The selection involved 2,600 companies active throughout Italy, 290 of which were included in the final list, with no participation fee, ensuring maximum objectivity.
