Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai closes its doors today, after six months of openness to the world, attracting over 28 million visitors to Japan's second-largest city. The closing ceremony, which reiterated the Expo central message of unity and collaboration under the theme "United in Diversity", was attended by organizers, delegates from participating nations, the Crown Prince and Princess of Japan, and the Japanese Prime Minister.

For Expo 2025, the city of Osaka, which had previously hosted the World Expo in 1970, transformed into a global showcase where participating countries could present to the world their best ideas and projects in the field of tangible and intangible infrastructure related to the themes of the Universal Exposition.

During the six months of Expo Osaka, the Italy Pavilion confirmed its position as one of the most visited and active spaces of the Universal Exposition, combining economic promotion, culture, sustainability, and international cooperation.
