Integrated ticketing apps can be an important entry point, but the heart of Mobility as a Service is and remains the intermediation platform, which is capable of managing various modes of transport in an integrated and multi-operator way.” This is what Stefania Di Serio, Seamless Mobility Manager for AlmavivA, had to say during the first of the two days of study, promoted and coordinated by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility together with AIIT, ANAV, ASSTRA, and ASSTRA Service with the objective of representing the current level of development in passenger road transport and the prospects that emerge from analysis of the community context.
