"Today's world is characterized by a great deal of change, driven in part by the rise of artificial intelligence and new technologies. Italy has the ability to manage this kind of change, as demonstrated in the past with the Renaissance.”
At the fifth edition of the Soft Power Club Forum, promoted by Francesco Rutelli, Alberto Tripi (President of Almaviva and Special Advisor on Artificial Intelligence for Confindustria) emphasized Italy's potential role.
“Today, therefore, we can and must play a leading international role in understanding the potential of artificial intelligence and new technologies, also managing the challenges and risks associated with it to drive the digital transformation of the world we live in. To do this, we need to engage with various societal stakeholders, using the tool of soft power. Today's conference represents a valuable opportunity to start this conversation,” concluded Tripi during his speech at the Giorgio Cini Foundation on San Giorgio Island in Venice.
