“Almaviva is stepping up its efforts in artificial intelligence and approaching €2 billion in revenue.” - CEO Marco Tripi in Il Sole 24 Ore

Almaviva is stepping up its efforts and raising the bar. The Italian IT group closed 2025 with €1.8 billion in revenue.

- up 24.5% on a pro forma basis
- adjusted EBITDA of €345 million, up 25.7%
- a profit margin of 19.6%, among the highest in its reference markets

But more than the numbers, what stands out is the trajectory outlined by Almaviva Group CEO Marco Tripi in an interview with Andrea Biondi in today’s Il Sole 24 Ore. The rise of a global tech company and an Italian model of innovation.

Revenue has doubled over the past four years, driven by organic development and external expansion. “We are present in 30 countries, with 65 companies, and more than 51% of our revenue now comes from international markets.” From a national leader in digital services to a global platform capable of developing proprietary technologies in Italy and exporting them abroad. This is thanks to a global vision and family-run management, because “entrepreneurs at the helm of companies that began as family businesses, and which have retained that imprint, ensure greater stability and adaptability than large, publicly traded corporations and funds focused on short-term gains. This element ensures swift decision-making and a long-term vision."

In this vision, artificial intelligence is a structural area of investment: “We have competitive proprietary technologies and outstanding expertise.” And the recent establishment of the Global AI Department - which spans all of the Group’s business units - confirms the central role of AI, a fundamental technology in which Almaviva has invested “approximately €100 million over the past three years, in both operations and assets.”

The group also continues to pursue a strategy of targeted acquisitions. With TIVIT, it has strengthened its presence in Brazil and Latin America, becoming the second-largest private IT company in the country and expanding its solutions in the cloud, digital technology, managed services, and cybersecurity.

Over the past two years, Almaviva has invested approximately €1 billion in M&A: a trend that continues with new deals, markets, and strategic development initiatives.

In this context, the group is a key partner for the European Union, along the path toward European technological sovereignty. Almaviva is, in fact, the only Italian company (in a joint venture with Fabrick) involved in developing the infrastructure for the digital euro, and is a participant in the 2024 European Defence Fund with a project on quantum technologies for secure communications.
