The ABT Prêmio is the largest award event about Customer Relationship in Brazil. Its scope is the acknowledgement and recognition of best practices in the sector, turning winning use cases in a reference for the market.

Later on today, in a seminar held at the Memorial da América Latina Almawave do Brasil will illustrate, together with AlmavivA, its “Almawave Point System” solution within the Technological Innovation category. The event will also host the award ceremony for winning enterprises.
