Almaviva Awarded for Gender Equality: the 2025 Herconomy Award is the First National Recognition Dedicated to UNI/PdR 125-Certified Companies The award, sponsored by Economy Group, is based on objective analyses of companies' financial statements, conducted by RSM, a leading global organization specialized in auditing, accounting, tax, corporate, and financial advisory services.

Melisa Constantino, HR manager, accepted the award on behalf of Almaviva, saying: “We have always been sensitive to gender equality and committed to fostering a corporate culture built on values that focus on diversity, respect for differences, and encouragement of individual skills.”

The award ceremony was held at the Palazzo Reale in Milan, on occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, with the patronage of the Municipality of Milan and the endorsement of the Single Committee for the Guarantee of Equal Opportunities.
