Assessment days dedicated to training the newest recruits of the Transportation Division Academy’s program were held at the group's headquarters in Rome.

The event was an important opportunity for new candidates who, divided into small groups, got to showcase their skills and engage in team-building activities and problem-solving sessions.  Many of the division’s managers and professionals took part to provide participants with a brief overview.

The activities were designed to assess several skills: teamwork, critical thinking, creativity, and leadership. Participants faced various challenges, including case studies, role-play, and self-presentation, with each activity followed by constructive feedback.

On both days, individual interviews took place in the afternoon, providing an important moment to hear from the participants. Many shared how much they appreciated the opportunity to test themselves in a professional setting and to receive valuable feedback, expressing their desire to join the company and become a part of our team.
