For the seventh year in a row, AlmavivA do Brasil has won the CONAREC Award in the Digital Services and Inbound Sales – Large Operations category.
During the virtual evening that closed out the event, CEO Francesco Renzetti received recognition as leader of the year in the Customer Process Outsourcing area.
One of the major events on a global level in Digital Customer Management and coordinated by the Centro de Inteligência Padrão, each year, the Award refines the evaluation criteria on the part of customers and partners: innovation, quality, multi-channeling and personnel management.
