Give blood, a few minutes can change a life.
Giving blood is a simple and free way to care for others. It is a gesture that values life, brings people together despite their differences, and represents a concrete form of prevention and hope. A small act that can save lives.
For years, the Almaviva Group has been at the forefront of promoting this gesture of solidarity, joining an enormous collective effort, and has supported the Italian Red Cross in Rome - a city that is still far from achieving the same self-sufficiency as almost all other Italian cities - by organizing Blood Donation Day, this year on February 5th, at the Casal Boccone headquarters.
“We are grateful to Almaviva for being a valuable ally over the years, helping to contrast the shortage of blood supplies in our region.
Our thanks also go to all the donors who have shown great generosity and a strong sense of civic responsibility.” These were the words of Alessandra Vallisneri, President of the Italian Red Cross Committee, Municipalities 2-3 of Rome.
