On December 5th and 6th, the Faculty of Economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata will host the National Innovation Award, Italy’s largest and most far reaching business plan competition. The award recognizes the best deep-tech start-up projects, with the highest potential for innovation, emerging from universities and public research institutions within the ICT, Cleantech & Energy, Industrial, and Life Sciences-MED Tech sectors.

The focus is on research that’s able to transform into business, drive high-impact innovation, and improve quality of life. Almaviva is a main partner of this initiative, which is promoted annually by PNICube - the National Network of University Incubators and Start Cup Competitions - and provides an ideal platform for sharing ideas, actionable proposals, and best practices, as well as for strengthening Italy’s innovation ecosystems.
