“MoovA High Altitude Mobility” continues, the program of events and initiatives promoted by the Almaviva Group to highlight the value of technology applied to mobility, infrastructure, and local communities. The tour makes stops in three Olympic cities and locations during one of the world’s largest international sporting events.
On Friday, February 6, the stop in Bormio was dedicated to Smart Infrastructure, focusing on the intelligent management of infrastructure as a strategic lever to increase safety, improve user experience, and support the sustainable development of mountain areas.
The central theme of the meeting was MoovA solutions in the field of smart infrastructure, supporting transport infrastructure operators in the end-to-end management of strategic assets such as roads, bridges, viaducts, and tunnels. Particular interest was shown in the SHM (Structural Health Monitoring) Solution, which integrates advanced systems for continuous monitoring of infrastructures, through sensors that analyze the health status of structures in real time, thus enabling timely and informed decision-making for the benefit of local communities and residents.
The event provided an opportunity for discussion and exchange, allowing participants to share operational solutions and best practices, with a focus on the role of smart infrastructure as an enabling basis for increasingly efficient, safe, and sustainable mobility.
