Almaviva strives every day to be a safe and inclusive space, embracing differences as an essential aspect of an innovative organization.
Last Saturday, the company was at Roma Pride 2024 to promote a culture of solidarity and inclusion, equal dignity, and equal opportunities for all. To exalt diversity. To combat all forms of discrimination based on gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, ethnicity, culture, age, or religion.
But what does Pride mean today and why is it needed?
As a member of Valore D, Almaviva proposes a conversation to practice the art of counter-narrative and proudly celebrate the richness, beauty, and complexity of reality. With Fabio Canino, actor, host, and author; Cathy La Torre, lawyer, consultant, and activist; and Federico Faloppa, professor of Italian Studies and Linguistics and coordinator of the National Network for the Fight against Hate Speech and Phenomena.
The live event "Pride and Prejudice" will take place on June 24th at 5pm.
