A recent survey, based on employee preferences, has ranked Almaviva among the best “Top Job Companies for 2024/25”. The analysis, conducted by the German Institute ITQF, in collaboration with Repubblica Affari&Finanza, was based on 20,363 evaluations gathered last May from 10,511 people, through anonymous interviews. 86% of the reviews were provided by current or former employees of the companies.

2,150 Italian companies were involved in the study. Only the 500 companies that obtained a score of 65 or higher were awarded the seal of quality for their exceptional work environment, professional development, opportunities for growth, and corporate values.

With a score of 78.47, Almaviva ranks among the top companies in the IT sector.
