Expanded and generative welfare, job security and quality, and the impact of AI on the production system and labor rights: these are the three pillars around which the Festival del Lavoro, kicking off tomorrow in Rome at the La Nuvola Convention Center, will revolve.

As Main Partner, the Almaviva Group will have a dedicated networking area at the event and will deliver three presentations on Friday, May 22:

• Brunella Tobia, Director of the Welfare Market at Almaviva
at the conference “New Technologies and Security: SMART PPE, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotics for the Prevention of Occupational Risks”
Aula Forum Salute e Sicurezza (Health and Safety Forum Hall), from 11.30am to 12.30pm.
• Valeria Sandei, CEO of Almawave
at the conference “INPS and AI: A Model Tailored for Welfare - The Welfare Language Model”
Aula Innovazione e Futuro (Innovation and Future Hall) from 3:20pm to 4pm.
• Antonio Amati, Deputy CEO of Almaviva
at the conference “Undeclared Work: The New Digital Ecosystem for Labor Protection”
Aula Innovazione e Futuro (Innovation and Future Hall) from 5pm to 6pm.

“People’s needs are changing,” observes Brunella Tobia, Director of the Welfare Market at Almaviva. “New vulnerabilities are emerging, and expectations regarding inclusion, safety, and social security are growing. People are demanding faster, more accurate, and even more human responses.

Together with other key organizations in the sector - INPS, INAIL, and the Ministry of Labor - we play a part in every phase of the employment cycle: from social security to assistance, from helping accident victims to workplace safety. We go beyond technological support and work alongside institutions to transform regulations into tangible services, ensuring that digital transformation leaves no one behind. At the heart of it all are people, digital rights, and data sovereignty.

We ensure that digital transformation becomes a true opportunity. It must not be confused with digital technology, no matter how advanced it may be. Digital technology adds value when it simplifies interactions between institutions, individuals, and professionals; when it makes the system more sustainable and improves protections - from social security to social safety nets. When designed with these goals in mind, digital transformation becomes a tool for inclusion.”
