The main annual meeting dedicated to Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud services, which brings together the Italian cloud community, will be held at the MICO Milano Convention Center.

Alberto Giaccone, CIO of the group, and Daniele Sestito, Head of Cloud Center of Excellence, will talk about “Scalable Cloud in Support of IoT” and how the adoption of AWS as an enabling infrastructure has made it possible for customers to deploy services quickly and effectively and has ensured the scalability of the architecture to contain costs.

Francesco Barbieri, VP | Head of Product & Technology Lab and Simone Moio, VP | Head of IT and Edge Operations at Octo Telematics, will take to the stage to discuss a successful case study, talking about how this example lends itself to being replicated in diverse environments, such as Smart Cities, where IoT plays a pivotal role.
