Tailoring the educational offer to the needs of the working world, preparing young people for the new challenges of sustainable and digital mobility. With this objective, Sadel – AlmavivA Group reconfirmed partnership with the Scuola di Alta Formazione in Ingegneria dei Sistemi per la Mobilità integrata (High Training School in Systems Engineering for Integrated Mobility), born in 2017 out of a synergy between the University of Bologna, Alstom, the Italian State Railways and numerous local companies.
Four weeks of full-time lessons, 27 modules and 130 lectures. As of today, educators from the Bologna university and corporate experts will alternate at the lectern for a series of in-depth studies which range from the railway infrastructure to maintenance and control of the lines, from communication systems to signaling systems, all the way to mobility in urban centers. There will be workshops and tours of production systems for the participants, who will also have the chance to follow an internship training or degree thesis path within the companies involved.
One of the instructors will be Davide Amato, SADEL Standard Specialist, who will present the module “Train on-board Communication Networks and Passenger Information System” on 23 January.
