At the end of the two days of the II edition of the Social Football Summit, the awards ceremony was held for “Innovation needs Lega Serie A”, the call competition dedicated to startups and talent, launched by Social Media Soccer and AlmavivA. Presenting the awards on the #SFSRoma19 stage were Dario Ferrillo, AlmavivA’s Head of IoT, Energy and 5G Solutions, Lorenzo Dallari, Lega Serie A Editorial Manager and Gianfilippo Valentini, Social Media Soccer and Go Project Founder.
Winning the “Call for Growth” category for new innovative companies was “Golee” with a management project intended for soccer clubs. Coming in second was the “Djungle” loyalty application, while the “AR Studio” augmented reality projects finished on the bottom step of the podium. The winner received an award of five thousand Euro and a partnership opportunity with AlmavivA for the development of the business idea, whereas the second and third place winners received a voucher valued respectively at three thousand and two thousand Euro for marketing and communications services and consulting with the Go Project Company.
On the other hand, for the “Call for Talents” category, open to new college graduates, first prize, consisting of an internship at AlmavivA and the technical feasibility study to complete the presented project, went to Francesco Stupar and Giacomo Venier, while second-place winner, Giorgia Dini, won an internship at AlmavivA.

Also participating in the awards ceremony were Stefano Andrea Capelli, AlmavivA New Businesses manager and Roberto Tavani, Lazio Region Sports policy advisor.
