The unique, centralized platform for the provision of subsidies to workers is a model of excellence, guaranteeing speed, efficiency, and concrete support for the development of the necessary procedures.

Created as part of the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan), Proxima represents an important step in the modernization of public services, simplifying and streamlining the procedures for the payment of subsidies to workers.​

Today, the platform allows companies, consultants, and operators to manage requests quickly, transparently, and intuitively.​​

Solution

To implement Proxima, Almaviva has designed and developed a unified digital platform, based on an interoperable, modular, and scalable technological architecture.

The solution offers an operational and training hub capable of managing all types of wage supplementation, digitizing and automating the entire request lifecycle and integrating data from internal and external sources.

Between 2025 and 2026, via means of Proxima platforms, over 450,000 wage supplementation applications have been processed, benefitting 1,5 mln workers.
