AlmavivA, in representation of a temporary consortium, has been awarded the contract for supplying project development and management services, in connection with the Integrated Information System of IPOST (i.e. the post office workers’ social insurance organization).
For AlmavivA this is an implicit confirmation of the excellent work carried out under the contract previously concluded with IPOST.
AlmavivA’s share of the 4-year contract totals over 5 million euros.
The supply provides for the technical management of Ipost’s DPU and of the Help Desk service, as well as the management and development of information systems for the areas as follows:
- Institutional (Social insurance, Retirement schemes, Assistance, Loans)
- Instrumental (Accounting & Finance, HR Management, Procurement & Property, Legal)
- Management (Management Planning and Control)
- Internet / Intranet (Web services for members and employees)
- Electronic document registration
- Document management
