At the “Made in Italy Summit 2025” event, organized by Il Sole 24 Ore and the Financial Times, in collaboration with Sky TG24 and moderated by Sergio Nava and Carlo Calì, Almaviva Group CFO & Chief Strategy Officer, Christian De Felice, stated: “Markets are complex, but what companies and institutions need to do is teamwork. Crucial is the support for businesses, both from institutions and the banking sector, as well as proper corporate governance and careful selection of industrial projects.”

The CFO, who participated in the panel “Towards New Markets: Supporting the Internationalization of Companies”, recalled that “Almaviva Group is present in 13 Countries, with 80 offices and 30 companies. We have made several acquisitions both in Brazil and in the United States.” He said that the Italian identity in international development “is fundamental and unique.” “Made in Italy does not only represent products, but also the production of intangible goods: software, IT platforms, and expertise in the technological field.”

On M&A operations and the resulting need for intercultural dialogue - Almaviva has recently acquired a Nasdaq-listed company in the United States - “It is important to know how to create synergies with different cultures. In this, we Italians are good, with our ability to be innovative, flexible, and open-minded,” concluded De Felice.
