The ELIS Role Models Day, which is designed to form and develop a networking system for new and senior Role Models adhering to the School-Business 4.0 System project, gets under way.

The event is an online collaborative workshop attended by 12 AlmavivA Role Model colleagues—Maria Grazia D’Amato, Sara De Andreis, Elena Gagliardoni, Dora Grillo, Irene Maria Musumeci, Barbara Pacileo, Gioia Conforti, Flavia Franchini, Elisabetta Airoldi, Brunella Tobia, Mariateresa Piselli and Denise Di Stefano—who are among the 279 company professionals involved.

Personal stories and training sessions will provide the Role Models with useful suggestions, experiences and techniques for their meetings with the students and for optimally valuing their talent.
