“Ethics of Work and Sustainability”was the theme of the 16th edition of the Festival del Lavoro.

Brunella Tobia, Director of the Almaviva Welfare Market, participated in the panel dedicated to the citizen's social and employment dossier. She was joined by Romano Benini, Labor Policy expert; Vincenzo Caridi, Head of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy’s Department of Employment, Social Security, Insurance, and Health and Safety in the Workplace; and Rocco Lauria, Central Director for Inclusion at INPS.

“We’re here today not only to present a project, but to promote an idea: that digital technology, when done right, can truly be of service, driving a new era of employment in which every individual feels seen, heard, and supported.”

“Ultimately, true innovation is just that: making technology invisible to citizens, so that all they perceive is a simpler, smarter, and more responsive service.”
