The group’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Marina Irace, will participate in the panel discussion at the COTEC Foundation for Innovation’s event, during which the report on the projects and experiences with innovative managementof human capital of major member companies, including Almaviva, will be presented.

Within the next decade, long-term structural changes will affect more than 1 billion jobs globally, and the adoption of new technologies will put about 10% of current occupations at risk. From this perspective, the up-skilling and re-skilling of workers, as well as overcoming the mismatch between skills acquired in school and what’s actually required by employers, are issues that must be addressed with increasing urgency, something which is also highlighted in the NRRP itself. Digital skills and soft skills, like the ability to foster relationships, leadership, readiness to change, and quick learning, become recruitment priorities.

On February 8th, in the renovated architectural setting of Rome’s former Gasometer, the relationship between human capital and a truly widespread culture of innovation will be discussed, covering not only technology, products, processes, and services, but also organizational and managerial models.
