New virtual work spaces, new digital tools, and new engagement models in a learning organization: tomorrow AlmavivA Contact will talk about its experiences at the award ceremony promoted by the CMMC Club and dedicated to recognizing the best in digital customer management.

Mirko Giannetti, CEO, with Lorena Marzolo, Customer Area 1 Manager, will illustrate the Company's evolution towards a work-from-home model, a project that involves approximately 4,000 people across Italy and designed to reconfigure the internal structures by stimulating innovation and interpersonal/inter-functional collaboration.

AlmavivA Contact has been the first Italian company in the sector to invest in a WFH business model.
