The 2021 ACM Europe Summer School kicks off on August 30th, focusing on "HPC Computer Architectures for AI and Dedicated Applications".
AlmavivA and Huawei are the industrial partners of the initiative, hosted by the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC-CNS) and the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), which will take place remotely this year.
The speech by Fabio Previtali, AI Solutions Architect for AlmavivA’s Architecture & Emerging Technologies practice, on the use of HPC for training artificial intelligence to identify illegal buildings, is scheduled for September 3.
