The non-hostile communication event is four years old this year and celebrates with its community. A welcoming community which AlmavivA is part of, supported by tens of thousands of people who believe that words have weight and value.

In this period, AlmavivA is busy redesigning its organization of the work “with the eyes of tomorrow”. It is a design vision that places people at the center, looking at advanced safety conditions, sustainability, work-life balance, cooperation and communication. A path of change which, beyond the emergency stage, aims to create an integrated work environment of physical and digital space. A new dimension in which, through the principles of the Manifesto and the experience of Parole O_Stili, the value of words and the quality of relationships will constitute an integrating, innovative and establishing point of reference for AlmavivA’s growth and inclusion path.
