25-05-2023

With a presentation at the Casal Boccone offices, the School-Work Alternation initiative, which involved 23 students from ITIS G. Armellini and 7 from IIS Leonardo Da Vinci in Rome, ended yesterday. The students developed, on both front and back ends, an application for managing renewable communities and the use of energy resources for small communities.

The initiative had a dual objective: to identify talented young men and women who are passionate about software development, putting their technical and team working abilities to the test within a large manufacturing company like Almaviva; and to raise awareness among young people on issues related to the distribution and consumption of energy from renewable sources.

What role will training have and what benefits will come with the use of AI? Almaviva Group’s Talent Acquisition Specialist, Amalia Panella, answers these questions in an interview by H-Farm College.
