The Digital Innovation Forum - which featured the participation of Almaviva Group President Alberto Tripi, Almawave CEO Valeria Sandei, Almaviva Deputy CEO Smeraldo Fiorentini, and Vincenzo Pinto (Director of the PAL & Utilities Market) - concluded with an award to INAIL for the Institute's new anti-fraud system.

"We are proud to have contributed, as INAIL’s partner, to the development of the ‘Archimede’ project, which introduces a new paradigm for preventing and combating fraud." These were the words of Brunella Tobia, Welfare Market Director, who joined Paolo Guidelli, Central Director of Digital Organization at INAIL, in accepting the award, together with Adele Giangreco, Project Manager for Almaviva.

"The system," continued Tobia, "relies on proactive, data-driven models based on AI and capable of preventively identifying anomalies and risks on a national scale. It improves audit planning and the use of public resources, ensuring transparency for residents and strengthening trust in institutions, thus supporting the social contract.”

Speaking yesterday morning on the panel "Resident Services and Next-Generation Digital Solutions”, Vincenzo Pinto confirmed that "we have the skills and technologies we need. The challenge we face today, as digital leaders, is to manage complex circumstances and deliver secure services and solutions that bring direct and tangible benefits to people. Our approach to innovation is grounded in everyday life, simplifying the relationship between individuals and public administration, and providing tailored services that are efficient and easy to use.”

As Smeraldo Fiorentini pointed out the previous day: "The transport sector must meet today's mobility needs while also addressing the effects of climate change, for which it is partly responsible. For the Almaviva Group, which has been active in this field for decades, providing advanced and interoperable technological solutions, being a digital leaders also means promoting mobility models that are more sustainable and have a lower impact. While railway systems have made progress in terms of automation and safety, road systems are still lagging behind - and that’s where we need to take action. That’s why we’re investing in the development of Smart Roads and have acquired ITERIS, a US-based leader in smart mobility infrastructure, with the goal of integrating our expertise in order to bring technologies and solutions for smart and safe roads to Italy and abroad. Few people know that the first Smart Road in Italy - the Alemagna state highway - was built by Anas with Almaviva.”
