Almawave do Brasil given the PrêmioABT Award last night in the Innovation and Technology Solutions category. A reward for the “Iride® Speech Analytics Real Time” project, created by AlmavivA do Brasil in one of the Vivo customer support operational centers.

The project, based on the Almawave proprietary technology that exploits the interpretation of natural language, has helped to boost the customer satisfaction performances of Brazil’s main telephone company.

“We are proud to receive this award and also to have contributed to the positive outcome of the challenges faced by AlmavivA do Brasil and Vivo, by focusing our efforts on the customer experience,” declared Valeria Sandei, the CEO of Almawave do Brasil.

In only three months of assessment, Vivo customer satisfaction recorded an 11% increase with negative notes reduced by 35%.
