AlmavivA has made full scholarships available to the top two candidates in the 2nd level University Master’s program in “Digital Open Innovation & Entrepreneurship” at Rome’s Università Campus Bio Medico, of which AlmavivA is a partner.

The initiative is part of the STEAMiamoci Project and has the objective of actively contributing to the national movement aiming to promote talent and commitment of women for the cultural and productive fabric of society.

Digital innovation experts are among the most in-demand figures in the job market. In fact, the rapid acceleration of technological development has profoundly changed common business scenarios, offering a competitive advantage to those companies capable of establishing collaborative innovation strategies which are enabled by digital technologies.

In addition to acquiring specific knowledge and skills in the field of enabling technologies, the participants in this Master’s program will have the opportunity to develop a culture of innovation in order to provide company management with a strategic vision capable of anticipating and guiding change, both inside and outside of the organization.

The goal is to train open innovation leaders focused on the dynamic and adaptive management of organizational change.
