This year, too, Almaviva is a Leader in Diversity & Inclusion. Published the yearly list of the 850 best companies in Europe, representing excellence in D&I values, according to the British financial newspaper The Financial Times and Statista, the German statistical firm covering the year 2025.

It is 28 out of 850 the Italian companies listed in the report, and only 4 within the "IT, Internet, Software and Services" category.

A good 70% of the score is based on an independent survey conducted on a sample of more than 100,000 employees, a representative sample of the work force in individual Countries. The survey methodology generally speaking, privileges responses from women, senior citizens, and ethnic minorities carried more weight than responses from non-minority groups, and also includes an open survey conducted on ft.com.

The remaining 30% of the score is based on key performance indicators of diversity in the workplace, such as corporate communication supporting diversity (policy, pages on the corporate website, social media, initiatives promoted supporting diversity), as well percentage of women in managerial positions (boards of directors, executive committees): score determined by online research and audience diversity.
