“2023, which marked the 40-year anniversary of entrepreneurial activity, was another year of growth and success for the Almaviva Group, in terms of both turnover and margins, in all areas of business,” said Alberto Tripi, founder and president of the group, today on Milano Finanza. “Over the years we’ve grown sustainably, both in Italy and abroad, harnessing the potential offered by technological innovation to create shared value.”

“The group’s development has been accompanied by the continuous integration of skills and new talents, acknowledging that people are our most valuable resource. Over the past three years, we’ve hired approximately 3000 professionals in Italy, with over one thousand joining us in 2023 alone, mostly young people under the age of 30. For 2024 we’ve outlined an ambitious plan to introduce new professionals throughout the country," says Alberto Tripi, recently appointed Special Advisor for Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity in the new Confindustria presidency team.

"The professional world, today, is expected to adapt to the constant changes brought about by technology. The widespread adoption of AI brings with it the creation of new categories of jobs and new job opportunities. Today, above all, we need to focus on merging skills. To this end, our in-house academies contribute to bringing together expertise in the STEM and humanities disciplines in order to help guide the training and growth of new talents in the digital realm.”

Almaviva has been recognized by Statista and the Financial Times as a 2024 Diversity Leader and is also DNV-certified with regard to gender equality.

In 2024, under the leadership of CEO Marco Tripi, the group aims to continue its growth in Italy as well as its internationalization process, focusing on innovation and the fundamental role of IT in improving efficiency, security, and sustainability.

In 2023, Almaviva’s Board of Directors set up a Sustainability Committee. “The committee, as an internal council, collaborates closely with the executive ESG Committee, aiming to maintain the group’s attention and focus on the pillars of the 2030 Agenda. This involves engaging all areas of business and efficiently coordinating initiatives,” explains Alberto Tripi.
