The three-day event kicking off tomorrow in Trevisio and via streaming will focus on “a return to the future”. Almaviva renews its partnership with the Festival of Statistics and Demographics, a three-day event dedicated to spreading, among an ever broader audience, a culture and passion for two disciplines that have become an integral part of society, in order to encourage a well thought out way of looking at reality so as to be able to critically interpret the complex mechanisms of the modern day.

The dialogue between old and young is at the center of this edition of the festival, In particular the role of older people, who are not only called upon to stay active longer than before, but also to become protagonists in the processes of change and innovation. There are many areas in which statistics and demography play a relevant role in terms of measurements, evaluations, use and choice of sources, and forecasts and studies of long-term trends and scenarios.
