"We expect great involvement and participation from companies and academic institutions." On the occasion of the opening of the new academic year 2019/20 of the Elis Consortium, a consortium company to which AlmavivA belongs with large companies, SMEs, universities and research centres, Elis’s Managing Director, Pietro Cum, commented on the appointment as President of the Consortium of Marco Sesana, Country Manager & CEO of Generali Italia and Global Business Lines. Cum highlighted the "transformation that technology is bringing to the world of business", hoping that "through the training that Elis will offer to young people, company employees and managers, the full potential of this transformation will be achieved”.

"The rate of growth and diffusion of technology requires a model of constant updating for everyone in order to acquire new skills, but above all to create a new digital culture and generate passion in learning and employment in the long run. Beginning with those who hold the highest positions in companies, passing through the new generations and the academic world, it is advisable to acquire a renewed mentality that is increasingly based on continuous learning and on the sharing of mutual experiences, without any barriers or rigid strategies", said Sesana, when receiving the baton from the CEO of Acea, Stefano Donnarumma.

With AlmavivA, more than 40 companies and 12 universities have joined "Mindest Revolution" to activate a learning engine that allows knowledge to emerge and make it available to employees and students alike.
