The capital of Italy is reaffirming its role as a catalyst in the world and preparing to shine on the stage of the Expo 2030 exhibition, a universal hub for dialogue on the themes of progress, innovation and inclusion.
To accompany Rome’s journey towards the future, Almaviva is a participating member ofthe foundation created to support the city's bid to host the Universal Exposition in 2030 and is playing an active role in a network of valuable connections in the institutional, associative, entrepreneurial, cultural and social fields. In a project of epic significance, that calls upon the entire entrepreneurial system, with the best energy, professionalism, and resources in the area.
The theme chosen by Rome is “People and Territories: Regeneration, Inclusion, and Innovation”. In November 2023, the BIE (Bureau International des Expositions) will announce the verdict on the winner of the World Expo, to be determined via a secret vote by 170 countries. The other contenders are Busan (South Korea), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), and Odessa (Ukraine).
