ReActive wants to expand and solidify its position as a key player in the finance industry. To achieve this goal, it’s actively positioning itself as a partner to its clients by offering innovation that boosts business. But, at the same time, it’s also looking to develop externally, positioning itself as an aggregator for highly specialized, yet smaller, companies that operate in this sector, even at the European level. These ambitions are supported by an industrial plan and investments that are capable of accompanying this development. ReActive COO Marco Cometti talks about this in his video interview with Bancaforte on occasion of the last Payments Fair.

“The 300 professionals who were already working in finance within the group and who are now part of ReActive, have been integrated into a DigitalFactory with another 250 specialized individuals,” explains Cometti, recalling the Almaviva Group’s ten years of experience in this sector which the company has merged into, as well as the component of application architecture designed to enable innovation.

“Today innovation has become a watchword,” says Cometti, “But it’s the concept of evolution and transformation that is the real driving force. Technology isn’t the guide, but is a necessary enabler to achieve the actual goal, which is to create new business opportunities." An approach that meets clients’ needs. “In these two years operating as an independent company,” recalls Cometti, “we’ve managed to establish an explicit and solid relationship based on trust and founded on our innovation proposition. So much so that we’ve also been acknowledged by major Italian banking groups as an exponent to be invited to the table thanks to our understanding of history and our ability to shape the future, guiding them in their transformation and managing projects and associated risks.”
