For the second year in a row, Almaviva has been recognized as one of the best companies in Europe for diversity and inclusion, according to a report published by the British financial newspaper, The Financial Times, and Statista, the German statistical firm, and valid for the year 2025.
There are 28 listed Italian firms out of 850, and only 4 in the “IT, Internet, software & services” category.
A good 70% of the score is based on an independent survey conducted on a sample of more than 100,000 employees,a representative sample of the work force in the respective Countries. Responses from women, senior citizens and ethnic minorities carried more weight than responses form non-minority groups.
The remaining 30% of the score is based on key performance indicators of diversity in the workplace, such as corporate communication in favor of diversity (politics, page on the company website, social media, actions promoted in favor of diversity), share of women in management positions (boards of directors, executive committees). The score was determined by publicly available online research data.
