Accompanying young people in their growth, using the present to shape the future

Almaviva Group shapes the future also through support for ELIS YoungLab project, an educational and social space designed to guide minors and young adults from vulnerable backgrounds in their studies, in discovering their own talents, and in building their future.

The project is part of a long-standing collaboration between Almaviva and ELIS, focused on enhancing school-business relationship, training young people for conscious use of digital technologies, and guiding them towards future professions.

ELIS YoungLab is a space for gathering and positive awareness for the youth of Casal Bruciato area in Rome, and for underage and teens in conflict with the law, where a project of educational promotion and social intervention is developed, complementing and enriching the educational work of the school institution. It represents a real place that offers a space for welcoming and listening, where everyone finds “citizenship”: boys and girls are recognized for their talent, whether discovered or yet to be discovered, without any social, cultural, racial, personal, or gender distinction.
