The Digital Innovation Observatories of the Politecnico di Milano’s School of Management serve as a reference point for digital innovation not only in Italy, but in the European Union as well.
Almaviva is a sponsor, and The Data Appeal Company is a partner of the Travel Innovation Observatory, established in 2014 to study and understand the evolution of one of Italy’s most important economic sectors: tourism. The Business Travel Observatory has also been active since 2019, in partnership with the University of Bologna.
The goal is to guide businesses, institutions, and tourist destinations (both in Italy and abroad) in understanding market dynamics from the perspective of supply and demand, helping them to identify opportunities for innovation.
The Travel Innovation Observatory Community includes tens of thousands of companies across the Country.
