Business partnership agreement concluded between AlmavivA Finance Spa and Kline Srl for fully-outsourced application and administrative services for investment and fund management firms

Almaviva Finance (one of the leading players on the IT market in terms of the supply of solutions/projects and the delivery of Application Management, System Integration and Outsourcing services to financial companies) and Kline (a company specializing in the development and implementation of dedicated Front/Back Office SW for real estate brokerage and savings management firms and banks) have signed a nationwide exclusive commercial business agreement to promote highly innovatory and competitive outsourcing services for investment and fund management firms (abbreviated, in Italy, as SIM and SGR, respectively).

 

In particular, the services comprise System Integration, Goodwill, Facility Management, Application Management, 1st & 2nd Level Help Desk and Business Process Outsourcing design activities, with respect to the customers’ Front and Back Office operations.

 

The software components by Kline affected by the Agreement include the so-called “Antana” product, for Front/Back Office management and administration activities by investment and fund management firms, and the “Sphera” product, for market and/or broker interconnection.
