AlmavivA has been awarded, by Consip, the Framework Agreement for system management and operation for Public Administrations, coming first in quality evaluation as well.
Rome – 11 August 2015 - Consip has awarded the Framework Agreement for system management and operation for Public Administrations to AlmavivA, as part of a temporary grouping with Lutech, T.D. Group, Atos Italia and Reason That.
The offer submitted by the AlmavivA-led temporary grouping was judged the best, in terms of quality, thanks to the innovatory solutions proposed and the diversified and qualified skills deployed. This ranking will represent a competitive advantage in awarding the relevant specific contracts.
The tendering process, which is worth about 300 million euros, over a period of 24 months, featured the shortlisting of 5 large IT operators, which will compete for the specific contracts awarded by the participating Public Administrations.

Consip’s aim is to rationalize and enhance the efficiency of the Public Administration Data Processing Centers, and the Agreement will improve procurement processes between the Public Administrations and businesses by streamlining and reducing timescales in tendering.
